Entrance location of Children's Care Mall Walk changed for 2013:
Easy access! More room to gather and prepare for the walk! The main stage will be located outside the Hallmark and Gap retail stores. The best entrance to use is the set of double doors between JCPenney & Macy's. However, walkers can enter from any outside mall entrance. Plenty of volunteers will be available to give direction and guide you.
8:00-9:30 a.m.: Check-in & Team Photos - Meet your team for team photos
9:30 a.m.: Walk starts! Walk in the comfort of the Empire Mall. Each lap equals 1.2 miles; 3 laps equal 3.6 miles; and 5 laps equal 6 miles. So come out for a casual walk or make it a challenging workout!
10:30 a.m.: Announcement of Prize Winners.
