An estimated one in 110 American children now has autism, a brain disorder without a cure or known cause. There is help, however, and the earlier a child is treated, the better. Children’s Care Hospital & School will host its third annual Arms Around Autism, 2-4:30 p.m., Friday, April 30th. Families can get information on services, visit with staff, and if they have concerns, make appointments for free autism screenings. Plus, we’ll have live music, a jumping room, and food. It’s time we got our arms around autism. Join us 2-4:30 p.m., Friday April 30th at Children’s Care, 26th & Holly, Sioux Falls.
Arms Around Autism 2010
There are so many wonderful people with expertise in many different disciplines who work at Children's Care, and they come together every day to do what is in best interest of the individuals we serve. The best part of my job is seeing my students make progress, knowing that I am an important piece of their lives in teaching them skills to be successful. My students are my focus and the heart of my career.

Arms Around Autism was great! Thank you for all you did to put this on! When we all got in the circle to join hands to get “Arms Around Autism” and had a moment of silence, it was very powerful. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for walking on this journey with our family. Theresa
