The new space, located at the corner of 18th Street and Grange Avenue, provides an additional 2000 square feet for outpatient services.

The facility provides pediatric therapies (physical, occupational, and speech) and audiology services under the banner of Children's Care, as well as orthotic, prosthetic, and assistive device sales and service to adults and children as a part of Rehabilitation Medical Supply. The staff includes three assistive technology professionals, plus technicians that customize wheelchairs, communication devices, and environmental controls to help individuals of all ages with disabilities live as independently as possible. The Rehabilitation Medical Supply staff also includes a certified prosthetist and three certified orthotists. Rehabilitation physician Julie A. Johnson, MD, sees rehabilitation patients of all ages, and, along with pediatric neurologist Jorge D. Sanchez, provides the TEAM (Tone Evaluation And Management) Clinic for individuals with muscle tone issues.

Children's Care Hospital & School is an independent, non-profit organization which has provided services to individuals with developmental and acquired disabilities since 1952.

"I was overwhelmed with the idea of my baby wearing a cranial remolding helmet to correct a flat spot on his head, which was caused by torticollis. The orthotists at Rehabilitation Medical Supply was so reassuring, and my son actually likes wearing the helmet! From the first day I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and reassured that they would take excellent care of my baby."
