AMBER FESSLER NAMED JANUARY CHAMPION OF THE MONTH

Amber Fessler, MS, OTR/L,, Occupational Therapist & Outreach Supervisor for Children’s Care, Rapid City, has been named the January Champion of the Month. Amber goes out of her way to be sure that all aspects of therapy continue to run smoothly. She works additional days when necessary to ensure that the needs of the customers and staff are met. Amber works hard and has a positive attitude! She earned her degree in OT from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and has over six years of experience working with children in schools, homes, and outpatient settings. She has extensive training in sensory processing disorders and is a certified Therapeutic Listening provider. She also has training in neurodevelopmental techniques, the Handwriting Without Tears program, and feeding disorders. Amber was chosen by her peers from among the approximately 500 employees of Children’s Care in Sioux Falls and Rapid City for this honor. Congratulations!
